Each Spring, I take pictures of our yard and all the pretty flowers. I love our yard! We are so blessed to live in such a beautiful area. Here are some pictures from this year:
And then.....here's the fun part; the NEW ADDITION! We have a garden! We've had tomatoes and peppers and zucchinis in previous years, but this year we have it all (well, everything we wanted). We purchased this piece of land from our neighbor a couple years ago, but we've never done anything with it. This year, we decided to use it for a garden.
We've started most everything from seed, and it's so exciting to go out there and see little baby plants. The boys and I get a kick out of it. Brady just laughs at me...He keeps saying that we should have just gotten all starts. What's the fun in that? I love seeing the little baby seedlings pop up through the soil. Check out my cute little guys:
Baby carrots....
Baby peas....
Baby spinach (We've been eating it and it's so yummy!)....
Baby lettuce....
Baby green beans....
Baby yellow wax beans....
Baby beets....
Baby radishes....
Baby squash and zucchini....
Baby pumpkins....
Baby cantaloupe....
Baby tomatoes (we have 21 plants this year!)....
Baby peppers....
Baby cucumbers....
Baby watermelon....
Baby corn....
Baby basil, cilantro, and oregano (just planted them; it's been too cold)....
Baby walnuts....
Baby cherries....
and baby golden delicious apples....

You do have a gorgeous yard!! I can't believe I have never seen your house!
I love your garden! It is awesome!
Holy Cow--and I thought I was getting in touch with nature by having a large potted herb garden and some tomatoes. Nicole--always great at everything you touch! I love you girl!
P.S. Do you ship your famous spaghetti sauce at the end of tomato season? You make it spicy like I like it:) Don't laugh! I miss you!
You guys are so sweet! I miss you Catherine! I have famous salsa now....Soooooo good!
Wow Nicole! That is quite the impressive garden. I'm going to need to come to you for gardening tips. We're trying a few things this year, but a very little few.
