Happy Easter!

The Saturday before Easter, we were still in Zions. We thought it would be fun to do an Easter egg hunt for the kids. It was a huge hit! I was the one who stuffed, and hid the eggs. Melanie's kids were the first ones up and their excitement totally woke up our boys and all the eggs were found before anyone else got up!










We got home Saturday evening, and boiled and colored eggs.




And then Easter Morning, the boys played with their new air-soft guns!


...and Lochlin got a bi-plane kite! He can't wait for it to stop raining and snowing so he can actually fly it!

Zions National Park

A couple weekends ago, we went to Zions. I've lived in Utah for 11 years, and have never been, so I was pretty excited! It was SO fun! The house we stayed in was so beautiful and none of us wanted to go home at the end of the trip. Here are some pictures of the house:

The rest of the time was spent ATVing. This was the first time Ashton really "rode" his bike. It was scary at times because there were huge dips full of water from all the rain, and he even biffed it really hard once. The handle bars got him in the ribs. Our next gear purchase will be the under armor. But, he sure is a stud on that bike! It was so fun watching him!
