Tomatoes, Tomatoes, Tomatoes...Oh My!!!

This weekend, we picked lots and lots of tomatoes, and we still had about 30 sitting on our counter, so I decided to can all of them. The boys helped me pick them, and Brady helped me can them. He said his hands still smelled like tomatoes this morning! I had a few left over, so I made some homemade V8 juice. Brady likes spicy stuff, so I added a few slices of a salsa pepper. It was pretty tasty!
