Chef Tyler

Tyler's been begging me to make cookies lately. I ran out of some ingredients like brown sugar; and I only had like a half a cup of white sugar. So, I let him create his own recipe. His cookies had oatmeal, chocolate chips, and marshmallows in them. Needless to say, they didn't turn out looking very pretty....BUT, they actually tasted pretty good. Mashmallows don't bake very well. They just carmelized! But that was my favorite part! He was so proud of himself! He told me, "Mom, I think I'm a better cook than you." How 'bout that? I've got myself a little competition! =)
